AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned orders dated 29.07.2016 (Annexure P-2), 26.04.2018 (Annexure P-3) and 24.07.2018 (Annexure P-4) whereby on the basis of report of preliminary investigation conducted by the Investigating Officer, it was noticed that petitioner was found to be driving the bus of Haryana Roadways rashly and negligently resulting into loss of amount of Rs.7976 as the bus could not complete the distance of 1505 k.m.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though amount has already been recovered but there is no such provision for recovering the same. This Court on the last date of hearing adjourned the matter on this ground only but no rule has been pointed out. Vide order dated 24.07.2018, Annexure P-4, petitioner has already been issued a charge-sheet under Rule 8. No reply to the charge sheet has been filed.
