He states that the petitioner is not required for further investigation by the local police. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 16.7.2018 is made absolute, subject to her fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
