The instant civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 02.02.2024 (Annexure P-6), passed by the First Appellate Court, Bathinda, vide which status quo ante has been granted in favour of the plaintiffs/respondents. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that vide order dated 14.12.2024, the main suit itself has been disposed of and thus, the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous and same be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
