According to the reply, during investigation Ex-PESCO Security Guard Malkiat Singh and Lady Constable Amandeep Kaur, were found guilty for negligence in discharge of their duties. Therefore, Malkiat Singh, aforesaid has been booked as co-accused in the instant case and departmental action has been initiated against Lady Constable Amandeep Kaur.

In view of above, reply filed by learned State counsel, the instant petition stands disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
