(Oral) By this petition, filed under the provisions of Section 439(2) of read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent no.2, by the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Mewat, vide his order dated 24.04.2020, in case FIR no.35 dated 26.01.2020, registered at Police Station City Nuh, District Nuh, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under the provisions of Sections 436 of the IPC and Section 3(2) of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, with Sections 201, 506, 120-B of the IPC added subsequently in the FIR.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not wish to pursue this petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
