The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is in respect of the alleged inaction on the part of the respondent-State as regards the appointment of an Adjudicating Officer, under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. 2.

On advance copy of the service of the petition, Mr. TPS Walia, AAG, Punjab, is present in the Court and submits that the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Punjab, has already fixed the interview for the post of Adjudicating Officer, RERA, Punjab, for 21.04.2025. He has produced in the Court a copy of the communication dated 03.04.2025, issued by the RERA Punjab, which is taken on record.
