Mr. P.S.Pandher, Advocate, for the petitioner **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Challenge in this petition is to order dated 30.07.2016 passed by learned Sub division Judicial Magistrate, Kharar, whereby an application filed by the petitioner for permission to go abroad has been dismissed.

A perusal of order dated 30.07.2016 shows that earlier also petitioner was granted permission to go abroad. The investigation is going on and the challan is yet to be presented. The co-accused of the petitioner is also yet to be arrested, so giving permission again to the petitioner to go abroad, will only cause prejudice to the investigation and delay the proceedings, which is yet under investigation. The application of the petitioner has rightly been dismissed vide impugned order.
