The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.462 dated 07.12.2019 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 323, 34 and 506 IPC (Section 325 added in report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.) at Police Station Rai, District Sonipat and order framing of charge and charge-sheet dated 07.02.2020 (Annexures P-5 and P-6) passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sonipat and subsequent proceedings thereupon. 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner so as to assist this Court.

A perusal of the case file shows that the FIR has been registered against the petitioner leveling specific allegations. Even, the recovery has been effected from the petitioner. Thereafter, even the charges have been framed against the accused by the trial Court. A perusal of order dated 07.02.2020 framing the charges against the petitioner and the allegations in the present petition make a prima facie case against the petitioner. Moreover, the trial Court has already framed the charges against the petitioner finding material sufficient for that purpose. No extra-ordinary case is made out requiring interference by this Court.

In view of the above, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
