The report of the learned Magistrate concerned reveals that, despite the parties herein becoming directed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court to cause their respective appearances before the learned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate concerned, to get their respective statements recorded regarding authenticity of the compromise, as purportedly arrived at inter se them, the complainant/injured/respondents No.2 and 3 have not caused appearance for the said purpose.

When the record available before this Court reveals that full and final compromise has not been effected inter se the parties, therefore, the instant petition is dismissed at this stage, however, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to re-access this Court on the same cause of action, in case, in future the parties concerned arrive at a full and final compromise.
