RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made to direct respondents No. 2 to 5 to protect life and liberty of petitioner and not to harass and humiliate him, contrary to the provisions of law, at the behest of creditors of company to which the petitioner was not related in any manner.

Learned State counsel submits that reply was filed long back, disclosing that FIR No. 80 dated 05.10.2019, under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC, has been registered against the petitioner at Police Station Mallawala, District Ferozepur, in which he is required for interrogation. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed, being completely devoid of any merit.
