Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for quashing of orders dated 15.05.2009 (Annexure P-1) and 29.09.2010 (Annexure P-3).

Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that this petition has been rendered infructuous as petitioner has since been acquitted by the trial Court.
