**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the result dated 10.03.2021 and 14.11.2021 (Annexures P-2 and P-3).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has been selected, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Learned State counsel and learned counsel for respondent No.5 have no objection in allowing the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
