The present petition has been filed inter alia praying setting aside the order dated 08.01.2024 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Mansa Camp, Sardulgarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the parties have amicably resolved their disputes and the prayer made in the present petition does not survive and accordingly, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
