NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Perusal of the file shows that the matter pertains to the year 2017 and for the last 02 dates of hearing i.e. 12.07.2022 and 18.07.2023, the petitioner had gone un-represented. Today, also for the 3rd time the petitioner had gone un-represented, even the case having been called twice. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is no more interested in pursuing the present petition. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
