ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the instance of respondents No.2 to 5.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from Bakshish Singh, SHO, Police Station Aur, Nawanshahr, submit that the petitioners are not required in any case, however, the police has registered FIR No.31 and FIR No.32 against the sons of petitioner No.1 and they are in police custody.

In view of the above, no further action is called for, at this stage.

Disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to file afresh petition, if so required.
