(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 672 of 31.08.2015 under Section 363/366-A/366/376(2)/327(2)(n)/328/344/506 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station City Sirsa. Petitioners are brother and sister-in-law of main accused Shane Alam who solemnized the marriage with Tammna, daughter of the complainant. The role attributed to the petitioners is that they threatened the daughter of the complainant to perform marriage with Shane Alam-main accused and they participated in the marriage. Learned State counsel on instruction states that the petitioners have joined the investigation.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The role attributed to the petitioners is similar to that of Dilshad @ Irshad, who has been granted bail by this Court on 06.03.2017 vide GAURAV ARORA 2017.04.25 10:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Keeping in view the above fact, order dated 21.09.2016 passed by this Court is made absolute, subject to the conditions, as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C However, the petitioners are at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
