**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 271 dated 26.3.2018 registered at Police Station Model Town, Panipat under Sections 363, 366-A IPC and Sections 506, 120-B IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act were added later on.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and in the statement given by the girl, the allegations of blackmail and rape are only against Rohit. He further states that charge has been framed and the police had found the victim along with Rohit at New Delhi Railway Station and at the relevant time the petitioner was appearing for his examination in Desh Bandhu Gupta Government College, Panipat. Investigation is over. Challan has been presented.
