***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) Today, at the very outset, Mr. Kamal K. Sharma, Advocate representing the petitioner Maninder Singh has submitted that he is not in touch with his client and has no instructions and wishes to withdraw his Power of Attorney.

Learned State counsel has informed that although this Court had issued directions on 29.9.2022 to the petitioner to join investigation but till date he has not joined investigation. It has further been informed that when the police official visited the residence of petitioner, he was not found present at the said address.

The aforesaid circumstances indicate that the petitioner is either not interested in pursuing the instant petition or is intentionally keeping away from joining investigation despite having been directed to do so.
