The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of direction to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of the private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners have submitted representation dated 09.03.2026 (Annexure P-7) before the official respondents, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.
