For having been found in possession of commercial quantity of Alprazolam, the petitioner has been in custody since 29.10.2013. This is a second petition for bail.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions of ASI Satnam Singh informs that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the case is at the stage of final disposal.

In view of the said circumstances, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the pleas on merits before the trial court.
