(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for modifying and enhancing the interim maintenance granted to the petitioners (i.e. Rs.13,000/- for petitioner No.1-wife and Rs.4000/- for petitioner No.2minor son; totalling Rs.17,000/-) vide order dated 06.06.2017 (Annexure P/3) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rewari, which is very meager, miscarriage of justice and against law laid down by Hon'ble the Supreme Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such. 3.
