This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.239 dated December 01, 2014, under Sections 494, 420, 120-B IPC, registered with Police Station, Ajnala, District Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI - Darshan Singh, submits that petitioners have joined investigation and are no more required for further interrogation.
