CRM-M-29401-2018 (O&M) -2fraud committed by real culprits, namely; Gurpreet Singh S/o Harnek Singh, Gurpreet Singh S/o Major Singh and Sarabjit Kaur W/o Gurpreet Singh S/o Major Singh. Petitioner is ready to join investigation. On the other hand, learned State counsel vehemently opposed the submissions of leaned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the seriousness of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, inasmuch, as his custodial interrogation is very much needed to un-earth the entire fraud. Dismissed.

Since, the main petition is dismissed, therefore, no separate order is required to be passed in CRM-42826-2018, filed by the petitioner for placing certain documents on record and the same also stands dismissed.
