(Presence marked through video conference) ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.174 dated 07.05.2020, registered under Sections 15, 16 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Police Station City Dabwali, District Sirsa, Haryana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 16.06.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel does not controvert the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation. He submits that, per his instructions from ASI Krishan Singh, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required and he has already joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, the petition is allowed. Order dated 16.06.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the petitioner's complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
