(ORAL) This petition is a colourable and mala fide device of the petitioner to blackmail respondents No.6 to 8, under the garb of seeking protection to her life and liberty, inasmuch as, she has already adopted different type of legal recourses against respondents No.6 to 8 by way of filing separate complaints before Hon'ble Chairman Lok Adalat, Bhagwant Singh Nagar, Human Rights Commission, Punjab Medical Council etc.. Out of them, one with SMO Hoshiarpur, was dismissed as withdrawn and another one with SMO Banga, was dismissed, but still 4 complaints of the petitioner before above mentioned authorities are pending consideration. In view of the above, instant petition is dismissed being meritless.
