 "#$ !% Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.123 dated 02.07.2014 registered at Police Station Makhu, District Ferozepur under Sections 326/323/324/148/149 IPC. Vide order dated 22.08.2014 while issuing notice of motion, the petitioners were granted interim bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.    Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurmeet Singh, Police Station Makhu, District Ferozepur submits that the petitioners have since joined the investigation and are no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from them and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute.

In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 22.08.2014 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioners will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
