The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of direction to the official respondent No.2 to trace the daughter of the petitioners and facilitate their meeting with their daughter so as to ascertain and ensure her safety and well-being. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners have submitted representation dated 09.03.2026 (Annexure P-1) before respondent No.2, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.
