H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) By way of filing the present petition, petitioner seeks issuance of direction to the Executing Court, not to proceed in execution petition titled as 'Rubaljit Kaur vs. Gurpreet Singh' for the purpose of executing the interim order.

The grouse of the petitioner is that since the main petition has been decided, the interim order no longer survives, but the Executing Court has rejected this plea of the petitioner - husband Gurpreet Singh.

This petition is totally misconceived and no direction, as prayed for, need to be given while exercising powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
