H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jaspal Singh from Police Station Amloh, states that since a cancellation report has been prepared in the matter, the petitioner is not required by the police for investigation.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant states that the matter has been compromised between the parties and he does not oppose the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
Therefore, the petition is accepted and it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in this case, he be released on bail subject to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer on fulfillment of conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition in that way is accepted.
