**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 132 dated 7.5.2011 under Sections 307/34 IPC and Sections 25/25(54)/59 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Manesar, District Gurgaon. Notice of motion was issued and interim protection was granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 28.1.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per compromise Annexure P-5, a mutual settlement has been arrived at between the parties. Thereafter, the complainant-Sandeep has furnished his own sworn affidavit Annexure P-3. He further submits that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation. He also refers to the order dated 8.1.2015, particularly para 6 thereof, to contend that petitioner has been found to be a juvenile. He concluded by submitting that the petitioner undertakes to join the investigation, as and when required. He prays for allowing the present petition.

Criminal Misc. No. M-2845 of 2015 (O&M) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Devender Kumar, Police Station Manesar, District Gurgaon, submits that petitioner has joined the investigation in compliance of the order passed by this Court. He further submits that petitioner is no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, order dated 28.1.2015 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute, however, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

Disposed of , accordingly.
