(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at length, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has already filed a complaint in respect of the proceedings taken up by the authorities concerned in favour of respondent No. 6 before the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Haryana - respondent No. 2. He prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to pursue the matter with the respondent-authorities. Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, on instructions from respondent No. 2, submits that the complaint of the petitioner, which is pending before the authorities, would be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law as far as possible within a period of four weeks.
In view of the aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the statement of learned State counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
