Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 5 not to call the petitioner in the police station, whenever petitioner visit India being NRI, on the false applications of respondents No.6 to 8 as the petitioner is not involved in any criminal case.

Notice of motion was issued. Learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for respondents No.6 to 8 appeared and contested the petition.

CRM No.M-29360 of 2016 -2At the time of arguments, learned State counsel has brought it to the notice of this Court that cancellation report has already been presented by the police before the Illaqa Magistrate and learned Illaqa Magistrate has passed the order for further investigation. Learned counsel for respondents No.6 to 8 stated that no other complaint has been filed by the private respondents nor any other complaint, except the FIR, is pending. Learned State counsel also stated that no such complaint is pending filed by respondents No.6 to 8. As the FIR has already been registered and learned Illaqa Magistrate has passed the order for further investigation, therefore, the Court is seized of the matter.

In view of the fact that no complaint filed by private respondents is pending, therefore, no further action is required in the present case and the present petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before Illaqa Magistrate whenever final report is submitted.
