**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks blanket pre-arrest bail in any criminal case, which is registered/may be registered against him in any of the Districts in the State of Haryana, at the instance of Krishan Kumar Rao, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Gurugram. Status report by way of an affidavit dated 25.05.2022 of the Additional Director General of Police, Crime, filed on behalf of the respondent-State, in the Registry, is taken on record. As per the aforesaid status report, in compliance of the order dated 13.08.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, a Special Investigating Team (SIT) was constituted and the investigation was conducted in FIR No.160 dated 11.05.2021 under Section 384 IPC, AMAN JAIN 2022.08.18 16:56 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CRM-M-18510-2021 (O&M) -2Police Station 17-18, Gurugram; FIR No.236 dated 23.07.2021 under Sections 406, 420, 34 IPC, Police Station DLF Phase-I, Gurugram and FIR No.190 dated 10.05.2021 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 273 and 120-B IPC, Police Station DLF Phase-I, Gurugram and that after completion of the investigation, a cancellation report in FIR No.160 dated 11.05.2021; an untraced report in FIR No.236 dated 23.07.2021 and a supplementary challan against three more accused persons i.e. Poonam Dhingra, Tani Dhingra and Shehmal Singh (an employee of HSVP) in FIR No.190 dated 10.05.2021, are to be filed. It is further mentioned in the report that against Garv Dhingra (minor), no proceedings were initiated.
At this stage, learned State counsel submits that keeping in view the contents of the aforesaid status report, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a directions to the Police of Gurugram, to give a week's prior notice to the petitioner, before registration of an FIR and/or initiation of further proceedings against him, at District Gurugram. However, this order shall not be a bar on any action to be taken by the State and its Authorities against the petitioner, in accordance with law.
