(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Swaran Singh in case FIR No.66 dated 09.06.2017 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station City Fazilka, District Fazilka. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that the complainant has no objection in granting the anticipatory bail to the petitioner in view of the compromise between them.

On instructions from ASI Jugraj Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 25.09.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
