Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, seeking quashing of the order dated 14.01.2020 (Annexure P-2), passed by Ld. JMIC, Jagraon, District Ludhiana, in case FIR No.85, dated 01.06.2017, under Sections 406, 420 of IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station Sadar Raikot, District Ludhiana (Rural) (Annexure P-1), vide which, petitioner has been declared 'proclaimed offender'.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of present petition with liberty to file afresh with better, correct and complete particulars.
