I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and with his able assistance gone through the material available on SEEMA RANI 2015.08.25 16:43

The allegations against the petitioners and their coaccused are that on 22.09.2014 at about 4:00 p.m when Baby and Munish (injured) were present at their house then the co-accused of the petitioners went there and caused injuries to both of them. Baby was admitted in the hospital. On the next day i.e. 23.09.2014, the petitioners along with their co-accused went to the hospital armed with swords, sticks and sharp-edged weapons and caused injuries to Baby. She had received grievous injuries by blunt and sharp-edged weapons.
No ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Dismissed.
