NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The present petition is filed under Section 438 CR.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.20 dated 29.02.2020, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 380, 452 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Sarai Amant Khan, Tarn Taran.

Issue notice of motion.

Mr.H.S.Grewal, Addl.A.G., Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the State.

Heard.

It is not disputed that there was delay in registering the FIR and the main accused to whom Section 380 IPC is attributed, has since been released on bail.
