State counsel, on the instructions of ASI Sukhpal Singh, informs that the petitioners have joined investigation. The petition can be allowed since the dispute appears to be a matrimonial dispute between complainant Balwant Kaur and her husband Diwan Singh.

It is not out of place to observe here that another case has been registered against petitioner No.3 Joginder Singh and petitioner No.6 Baljinder Kaur, at the instance of son of the complainant on similar lines. It will be pre-mature to express any opinion regarding the authenticity of said case. The petition is allowed. It is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioners they will be released on bail to the

CRM-M-28479-2015 (O&M) satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the conditions that they will join investigation as and when required and will not tamper with the evidence or hamper investigation, in any manner. They will also not commit the similar offence of which they are accused of during pendency of the trial.
