Arora, Advocate for the petitioner and filed his power of attorney after taking no objection from the previous counsel, which is taken on record. This petition was filed way back on 25.03.2019 seeking directions for registration of FIR.

Learned State counsel submits that a detailed enquiry was conducted by the concerned Dy. S.P., who did not find the case to be of a culpable homicide but of rash and negligent driving and consequently FIR under Section 304-A IPC and connected offence under Section 279 IPC was registered.

Given above, nothing survives in this petition and the same is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
