Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing order dated 05.02.2018 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jagraon, in case FIR No.89 dated 02.05.2013 registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station City Jagraon, District Ludhiana, whereby petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender.

Heard.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court.
