(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing FIR No.110, dated 03.10.2022 under Sections 406, 408, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 65, 66 (C) of the Information Technology Act, at Police Station Mataur, District SAS Nagar, Mohali (Annexure P-1) and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 23.03.2023 (Annexure P-2). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
