MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The instant petition has been filed for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of private respondents No. 4 to 8.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in compliance of order dated 13.05.2021 the statements of the parties have been recorded wherein the private respondents have categorically stated that they have no objection to the marriage of the petitioners which has been solemnized by them. In the wake of the statement made by the private respondents the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not apprehend threat to their life and liberty any more and thus the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Disposed of as such.
