Both these applications have been filed under Section 151 CPC for exemption from filing certified copy of Annexure P-28 and placing the same on record.

For the reasons mentioned in the applications, the same are allowed as prayed for.

It has been noticed by this Court that the matter had been taken up on as many as five occasions and none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. On 21.09.2023, a request for an adjournment was circulated by the learned counsel for the petitioner due to which the matter was adjourned to 06.05.2024 and on 06.05.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was ARCHANA ARORA 2025.04.24 09:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-8999 of 2019 (O&M) adjourned to 17.05.2024. On 17.05.2024, again a written request for an adjournment was moved by learned counsel for the petitioners and the matter was adjourned to 16.10.2024. On 16.10.2024, the matter was again adjourned on the written request circulated on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioners. Even today, counsel for the petitioners has moved an adjournment slip. The same is considered and declined. It seems that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present petition.

Accordingly the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
