(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 23 dated 15.01.2015 under Sections 498-A/406/323/354/506 IPC, registered at P.S Hodal, District Palwal. Learned State counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that the petitioner joined the investigation on 18.09.2016 and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 24.08.2016 passed by this Court is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
