******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in complaint case No.03 dated 15.02.2014 titled as "Jaswinder Kaur Vs. Amrik Singh & Others" for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 279 and 304-A read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Ghagga, District Patiala.
Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been summoned in a complaint case filed by Jaswinder Kaur, respondent No.2. Custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required. They have put in appearance before the trial Court as per order dated 20.07.2018 and proceedings are in progress there. CRM-M-29480-2018 -2In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioners but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 20.07.2018 is made absolute, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioners shall keep on appearing before trial Court regularly;
(ii) that the petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against them so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;
(iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;
