Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for issuance of directions to the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to submit compliance report within a period of four weeks, in compliance of binding directions passed by the trial Court in different matters. 2.
Petitioner in person has put in appearance before this Court through video conferencing and contended that the trial Court has given directions (Annexures P3 to P5) to the Commissioner of Police to initiate disciplinary action against erring official(s) but to no avail. Hence, prays for directions to the respondent to submit compliance report within stipulated period. 3.
Heard, and paper book perused.

Since, the only grievance raised by the petitioner is that the orders have been passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana for taking action against erring official(s) and the same have not been complied with, till date. However, this Court deems it unwarranted to invoke its inherent SONIA PURI 2026.04.23 18:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
