**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.149 dated 18.11.2015, under Sections 376, 511, 450 IPC and Sections 4 and 18 of POSCO Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Nurpur Bedi, District Rupnagar. Learned State counsel, on instructions from investigating officer, has informed that in pursuance of order dated 08.11.2016, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 06.01.2017 and his custodial interrogation is not required at this stage.
In view of the above-said fact, order dated 08.11.2016, passed by this Court whereby ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
