***** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.23 dated 18.02.2015, under Sections 411 and 414 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 3 of Indian Passport Act, 1967, Section 14 of Foreigner Act, 1946, Sections 21 and 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar.
While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 31.08.2015:- "Notice of motion for 07.09.2015.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioner shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. " Learned State counsel who is assisted by Head Constable Balwinder Singh has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.
On a query put by this Court, learned State counsel has further submitted that the petitioner is not involved in any other case under the Act.
Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 31.08.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
