**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 4 to register FIR against respondents No. 5 to 13 for beating, abusing, threatening and causing injuries to the petitioner and her parents.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Raj Kumar, has stated that on the complaint of the petitioner, DDR No. 32 dated 23.6.2020 under Sections 323, 506 and 34 IPC has been registered against the private respondents at Police Station Sadar Amritsar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press this petition at this stage.
