RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner Mandeep Singh in a case arising from FIR No.22 dated 03.02.2018 registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Sections 379-B, 452 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that FSL report has not yet been received and the same may take sufficient time.
In view of above, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner is granted interim bail subject to furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Special Court concerned only till receipt of the FSL report. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
